Roxbourg SwissMBA Accreditation Initiative is designed to identify the candidates for The Roxbourg Fellowship. The Roxbourg Fellows decide who graduates from Roxbourg or receives the Roxbourg SPACE License to start their own academy to coach Roxbourg MBA candidates.
Accreditation Philosophy
The Roxbourg Jury, made up of Roxbourg Fellows, Roxbourg Alumni, and Experts is responsible for grading Venture Plans that are submitted for review by the Roxbourg Masters and Doctorate candidates. Roxbourg utilizes the grades to make the following decisions regarding Certification or Accreditation based on what the candidate is applying for.
:: Certification: A 80% plus grade allows a candidate to graduate with a Roxbourg Degree* and 90% plus grade allows the candidate to also earn the Roxbourg Gold Medal.
:: Accreditation: A 80% plus grade allows the candidate to coach candidates at their own academy to earn their Roxbourg degree* and 90% plus grade allows the academy to also earn the Roxbourg Gold Medal.
*Roxbourg offers 11 Masters and Doctorate degrees.
Note: Please note the final grades are provided after a review of the facts. The certification and accreditation will be revoked at any time if untruthful information is provided to gain the certification or accreditation. Please see Roxbourg Policy.
Process
Roxbourg accredits independent professionals as Roxbourg Fellows, who lead the certification of Roxbourg MBA and DBA candidates. After you apply, you will be invited for an interview where you may be asked questions on Opportunity Analysis, Team Development, Strategy Development, Brainstorming, Market Research, Product Positioning, Financial Planning, Fundraising, Marketing, Social Media, Contracts, Reporting inc. Taxes, Venture Pitch, and Resilience. And based on the interview, you will be invited to join one of the Roxbourg Programs.
Preparation
Roxbourg Fellows are invited to lead two types of Jams Sessions:
Mission-based Jam Sessions - Type A: These are seminars where you will present the biggest challenges your sustainable venture is facing and invite the participants to solve "missions". These missions are like "micro-apprenticeships", where everyone learns by doing.
Lesson-based Jam Sessions - Type B: These are seminars where you share your insights. For example - here are the 3 things I want every sustainable innovator to know. These "lessons" are like a "micro-internship", where everyone learns based on experiences.
