1. For Professionals only: Roxbourg Humanitarian Doctorate is for Architects, Athletes, Teachers, Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Humanitarians, and Founders who want to build humanitarian ventures and projects.
2. Eligibility Criteria: You have worked or volunteered in organizations that are active in one of the following domains - clean water, balanced nutrition, breathable air, renewable energy, quality education, reliable healthcare, secure habitat, or good jobs. Now you want to build your own venture or start your own project. You already possess a university degree.
3. Rolling Admissions: You can apply throughout the year. You will go through several rounds of interviews where you will be requested to share how you want to build a better world. You will need a good internet connection. You need to be sure that you can join the online jam sessions (seminars) on the agreed time slot at least once a week.
4. Fees & Scholarships: Roxbourg is on a mission to make quality higher education affordable for everyone who wants to build a better world. The tuition fee is 8,800 Swiss Francs and you can decide the amount you can pay depending on your circumstances. Everybody is eligible for Roxbourg Need Based Scholarships.
5. Learning Method: You will start with the 6-week LAUNCHPAD and join a Working Group. Next you will join the JAM SESSIONS and join a Study Group focused on broadening your understanding of sustainable innovation by leveraging the Roxbourg Library and Google Scholar. You will have the option to join the STANDARDS ADVISORY BOARD and set an example for all candidates as they accelerate their initiatives. You will be required to develop your venture plan by using the Roxbourg Method. The structure of the Roxbourg Humanitarian Doctorate (RHD) Program is unique and is divided into 4 parts:

:: Join LAUNCHPAD and your Working Group to scope your Purpose and Ambition.
:: Next join JAM SESSIONS and your Study Group and master the Roxbourg Method.
:: Start mastering 14 Core Subjects by exploring the Roxbourg Library.
:: Start leading group discussions by regularly attending the Jam Sessions organized by the Study and/or Working Groups.
:: Start updating your website with your offers for users and/or partners and your social media with your achievements.
:: Start your venture registration or start pitching for sponsorship for your project in an existing organization.
Second 100 Days Checklist
:: Start scoping the storyline for your video / photo collage based on your project achievements.
:: Continue to polish and update your website with your offers and your social media with your achievements.
:: Accelerate your venture by closing anchor deals to build capability/capacity to serve more people.
:: Continue to lead group discussions by regularly attending the Jam Sessions.
Third 100 Days Checklist
:: Start finalizing your 4-8 minute keynote speech / video.
:: Lead “Deep Dive” Anytime Jam Sessions.
:: Close “Mega Dales” that allow you build powerful capabilities.
Fourth 100 Days Checklist
:: Start finalizing your video / photo collage based on your project achievements.
:: Continue to lead group discussions by regularly attending the Jam Sessions
:: Pitch to the Roxbourg Jury in order to graduate (potentially with the Roxbourg Gold Medal).
:: Be present at the GoodFestival and graduate with the Roxbourg Humanitarian Doctorate degree.
6. Graduation Requirements: You need to be ready with your keynote speech and video at the GoodFestival in-person or via Zoom after attending at least 144 jam sessions including sessions with your Study Group and/or Working Group. In order to graduate with the Roxbourg Humanitarian Doctorate degree, you need to score at least 80% and a score of more than 90% is required to win the Roxbourg Gold Medal.
Doctorate Graduation Requirements Summary from Roxbourg Policy
:: Attendance and full participation (at least 36 out of 45 sessions per semester) for 4 semesters.
:: Anchor Deals to set an example by accelerating your social venture - building new capabilities and/or market expansion and mastering the 14 core subjects.
:: Pitch to Jury: All Roxbourg Doctorate candidates need to pitch to the Roxbourg Jury in order to graduate, with the Roxbourg Gold Medal and/or Roxbourg Accreditation.
