Structure of the 400-day Roxbourg MBA+DBA program

Here is the structure of the 400-day Roxbourg MBA+DBA program:

:: First 100-days: You will start scoping and accelerating your sustainable project that is part of a startup or an established organization. And you will select the subject area that you want to specialize in, for example: Social Entrepreneurship or Sustainable Finance or Humanitarian Innovation.

:: Second 100-days: You will start co-leading seminars and jam sessions together with other Roxbourg.DBA candidates and Roxbourg Fellows. The goal is to start with 20-minute monologues followed by dialogues focused on answering questions from other students. In parallel, you will continue to accelerate your sustainable project and wherever possible share your challenges and successes.

:: Third 100-days: You will start leading seminars and jam sessions in your chosen subject area and support other students to master the details. You will learn to tackle difficult questions and also start doing “deep dives” in related subject areas and presenting your findings without complexity. In parallel, you will continue to accelerate your sustainable project and start finalizing your venture plan.

:: Fourth 100-days: You are now in the final stretch. You have mastered your subject matter; you have led or co-led seminars and jam sessions; you have supported students to excel and now your focus will turn to prepare keynote speeches in your chosen subject area. The 10-minute keynote speech along with the venture plan will be the basis of your graduation with the Roxbourg.MBA and Roxbourg.DBA degrees from Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), La Sarraz, Switzerland.
